Our Pilates services offer a mindful approach to fitness, focusing on strengthening the core, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall body awareness.

Following an initial assessment, the focus areas for your Pilates program will be developed. You may have a few private sessions to commence your Pilates journey and then progress to tailored small group sessions with a maximum of 3 clients working on their own focus areas. The sessions are completely instructed by the Physiotherapist for best outcomes and care.
